Return & Shipping Policy

Shipping and returns:

Processing time: 24-48 hours. Please allow 3-5 business days to your order to arrive. STANDARD DELIVERY – FREE delivery for all the orders.

Delivery time: Metro: 5 business days, Regional: up to 8 business days.

Tracking: Tracking will be available through Australia post or any other logistics partner’s tracking facility. All orders come with the tracking number that will be send to you via email once the purchase is processed.

30 DAY RETURNS
Under Change of mind/ return policy, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. The return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging and the proof of purchase.

FAULTY RETURNS
We will accept returns for all faulty goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Purchase of Products and Returns Policy

  • You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by SleepWorld Australia Pty Ltd integrate delivery (the ‘ Delivery Services ‘) through the use of third party delivery companies (the ‘ Deliver y Service Provider’s ‘).
  • In providing the Purchase Services, SleepWorld Australia Pty Ltd may provide you with a variety of delivery and insurance options offered as part of the Delivery Services by the Delivery Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that SleepWorld Australia Pty Ltd is not the provider of these delivery and insurance options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services.
  • In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, SleepWorld Australia Pty Ltd asks that you:
    • contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to request a refund or to claim on any insurance options available; and contact us by sending an email to customerservice@sleepworldaustralia.com outlining in what way the Products were damaged in transit so we are able to determine if the  Delivery Service Provider should be removed from the Purchase Services.
